About us

What we do

MR-piloterna offer training and skills development, independent studies,surveys, audits and evaluations of various subjects within the framework of Human Rights and Corporate (Social) Responsibility.

In collaboration with our customers within the public and private occupation, or organisational sphere, we develop required and customised strategies and techniques for working with Human Rights. We advise on strategies that promotes positive rights-based development processes.

We combine our academic specialisation with a strategic understanding of the public sector and private actors to work in a creative way with human rights. In this way we create practical tools that makes a difference within the organisation and for the individual.

Who we are

MR-piloterna is a creative and independent consultancy firm that consists of four social entrepreneurs; Anna Gustafsson, Jenny Eriksson, Magdalena Zeijlon and Malin Fryknäs.

MR-piloterna have a broad national and international experience of working with Human Rights within different governmental and non-governmental areas such as qualified assignements within project management, education, networking, research and evalutations. Our common academic ground is from the interdisciplinary Masterprogram in Human Rights at Gothenburg University in Sweden.

We run a specialised consultancy business with focus on Human Rights, Sustainable Development and Corporate (Social) Responsibility. Within these areas we provide professional consultancy services to counties, organisations and businesses that are seeking theoretical knowledge of and practical tools for working with Human Rights.

MR-piloterna are based in Gothenburg but work with assignements from all over the world.
